Who we are

Halfmute is operated by PALM SHOWROOM LLC, 452 NE 31ST ST, UNIT 1205, MIAMI, FL 33137, United States. Use the current enquiry form for privacy requests and other enquiries.

What we collect and process

Track, Workflow and Blueprint forms can collect an email address, selected track, current stage and stage detail, Explore experience level, primary need, optional website or profile, source page, source component, attribution and the exact consent accepted. The optional quiz capture can also store the seven quiz answers and recommendation. The Foundry application additionally collects name, target outcome, current bottleneck, implementation budget band, timeline, reason for acting now and an optional website or profile.

When you use Name Picker, the taste signals you choose are processed to generate the result. When you use Logo Maker, the brand name and visual selections you provide, together with the design instructions derived from them, are processed to generate suggestions and logo images. These tools are not intended for personal or confidential information.

The brand-name scorer, name comparison, brand-context prompt generator and build-from-name workflow run in your browser. They can retain the current brand context and unfinished form state in your local storage so the next stage can restore it. That local context is not submitted to Halfmute. You can clear it through your browser.

First-party analytics records controlled categories such as page path, navigation destination, selected track, quiz answer keys, recommendation depth, tool stage, result count, offer status and form outcome. On editorial pages it also records numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements. It does not receive names, email addresses, candidate brand names, exact scores, full prompts, profile URLs or free-text form answers. A short-lived hashed network identifier limits automated form abuse. Cloudflare may process standard request and diagnostic data needed to serve and secure the site.

Attribution storage

The site uses first-party local storage for up to 30 days to retain first-touch and current-touch UTM source, medium, campaign and content, landing path and a query-stripped referrer. These values are included with a consented form submission. Browsing without submitting a form does not create a lead record.

How we use information

Halfmute uses submissions to record track and release interest, review Foundry applications, understand aggregate routing and conversion behavior, prevent abuse and operate the site. We do not sell personal data. Quiz results appear on the site without requiring an email address.

Storage and processors

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores valid submissions and first-party analytics in Workers KV. Name Picker, Domain Finder and Logo Maker send the relevant tool inputs through OpenRouter for inference. OpenRouter forwards each request to the model provider selected for that route. The currently configured routes use models supplied by OpenAI, Z.ai, Anthropic and DeepSeek. Provider logging and retention can vary by endpoint, so avoid putting personal or confidential information into a tool input. Typeform processes information submitted through the linked enquiry form. Domain Finder additionally checks candidate .com domains against the Cloudflare Registrar API for live availability and standard pricing; a chosen domain is kept in your browser's local brand context on this device, and the register action links out to Cloudflare's own registration flow, which is governed by Cloudflare's terms. The public site does not currently take payment. No marketing email is sent by the forms in this release.

Your choices

Consent checkboxes are not preselected. You can use the quiz and public Product Workflow without submitting an email address. You can clear local storage through your browser. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of submitted data through the enquiry form. We will respond in line with applicable law.
